About this role

We are seeking Onsite Support Technicians (Smart Hands) to provide technical support in data centers.

You will perform routine technical tasks, support remote teams, and provide hands-on assistance for hardware and cabling work. This entry-to-mid level role provides excellent exposure to data center operations.

Provide the onsite support that enables efficient data center operations, performing hardware installations, cable management, and technical support tasks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Good communication skills

Certifications typically required
