What the service is

NovatarHQ provides job listings and talent acquisition services for mission-critical infrastructure and healthcare organizations. Candidate use of the platform is free.

Accuracy and authorization

Information you submit, including your résumé, work history, certifications, staffing needs, and company details, must be accurate and provided with authorization. False credentials, false requisitions, or submissions made for another person without permission may be removed.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or harvest the service by automated means, interfere with its operation, submit applications you do not intend to pursue, or republish listings without written permission. We may limit or suspend access when these rules are violated.

Listings are informational

A listing is not an offer of employment. Job details and compensation reflect information available when published and may change. An offer exists only when an authorized employer provides it in writing.

Confidential client information

Some searches and projects are confidential. If you learn a client identity, project detail, candidate detail, or site location through an engagement, you must keep that information confidential unless you are authorized to disclose it.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. NovatarHQ is not responsible for an employer's hiring decision, the outcome of an application, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in a court with jurisdiction in Texas.
