About this role

We are seeking a Data Center Operations Manager/Facility Manager to lead facility operations.

You will manage operations teams, maintain uptime, and ensure efficient facility performance around the clock. This role requires strong leadership, deep operational expertise, and the ability to manage high-stakes, mission-critical environments.

Lead the teams that keep mission-critical facilities running 24/7, managing operations for data centers supporting global technology platforms and enterprise workloads.

What you'll do

Manage operations team and schedules
Ensure facility uptime and reliability
Oversee maintenance programs
Manage vendor relationships
Develop operational procedures
Report on KPIs and metrics

What you'll bring

10+ years of facility management experience
Experience managing data center operations
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Excellent leadership and team management
Understanding of DCIM and monitoring
Experience with uptime management

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
CFM or related certification
Experience with Uptime Institute standards
Strong problem-solving skills

Certifications typically required
