About this role
We are seeking an MEP BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D models for data center projects.
You will develop coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks, supporting clash detection and construction coordination. This role requires advanced BIM skills and understanding of MEP systems in highly dense, mission-critical environments.
Model the complex systems that power digital infrastructure, creating detailed 3D coordination models that minimize field conflicts and accelerate construction.
What you'll do
- Create detailed MEP BIM models
- Perform clash detection and resolution
- Coordinate with architectural and structural models
- Generate construction documents from models
- Maintain model standards and families
- Support prefabrication coordination
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of BIM modeling experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Experience with data center or industrial MEP
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination
- Knowledge of LOD requirements
- Experience with complex pipe and duct routing
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Autodesk certifications preferred
- Experience with BIM 360 Glue
- Understanding of construction workflows
