About this role

Join our team as a BIM Coordinator specializing in early-stage massing and capacity planning for data center projects.

You will create 3D models and space studies that help clients visualize and plan their data center investments. This role requires expertise in Revit and other BIM tools, as well as an understanding of data center layout requirements including white space, support areas, and MEP distribution.

Be part of the digital transformation in construction technology, helping to modernize how we design and deliver mission-critical facilities.

What you'll do

  • Create early-stage massing models for data centers
  • Develop space planning and capacity studies
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on model standards
  • Generate renderings and visualizations for proposals
  • Maintain BIM templates and libraries
  • Support clash detection and coordination

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of BIM coordination experience
  • Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
  • Experience with data center or industrial projects
  • Strong 3D visualization skills
  • Understanding of MEP coordination workflows
  • Knowledge of space planning principles

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Autodesk certifications preferred
  • Experience with BIM 360 and cloud collaboration
  • Knowledge of data center equipment and clearances
