About this role

Join our team as a Design Project Manager leading the design of data center projects.

You will manage multi-discipline design teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets. This role requires strong leadership, technical management skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements.

Lead the design teams that create world-class data centers, managing projects from concept through construction documents with values ranging from $100M to over $1B.

Manage design consultants
Support business development efforts

What you'll bring

12+ years of design management experience
Experience managing data center design projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Understanding of all MEP disciplines
Excellent client relationship skills
Budget management for large-scale projects

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
PE or RA license preferred
PMP certification a plus
Experience with design-build delivery

Certifications typically required

PMPOSHA 30
