About this role

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Pursuit/Proposal Manager to join our team working on cutting-edge data center projects with nationally recognized companies.

In this role, you will lead the pursuit and proposal process for data center projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that win new business. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing technical and commercial strategies, and managing the entire RFP response process.

What you'll do

Lead the pursuit strategy for data center opportunities
Manage RFP/RFQ response process from start to finish
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams
Develop win themes and competitive positioning
Present proposals to clients and stakeholders
Track pursuit metrics and improve win rates

What you'll bring

10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility pursuits
Proven track record of winning complex infrastructure proposals
Strong understanding of data center design and construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing cross-functional proposal teams
Deep knowledge of hyperscale and colocation markets

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
PMP certification a plus
Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers

Certifications typically required
