About this role

We are seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead construction execution of data center projects.

You will manage all aspects of construction, from preconstruction through commissioning, overseeing teams of 200+ workers and subcontractors. This role requires extensive experience with mission-critical construction and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the construction of infrastructure that powers the digital world, managing projects with budgets exceeding $100M and schedules as aggressive as 18-24 months from groundbreaking to go-live.

Ensure quality and safety compliance
Manage client relationships
Coordinate with commissioning teams

What you'll bring

15+ years of construction project management experience
Minimum 7 years with data center construction
Strong MEP knowledge and experience
Excellent client and subcontractor management
Budget management for $50M+ projects
Experience with schedule compression

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
PMP certification preferred
OSHA 30 certification required
Experience with design-build delivery

Certifications typically required

PMPOSHA 30
