About this role

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent/Site Manager to oversee civil and structural construction activities.

You will manage daily construction operations, supervise multiple trades, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and deep construction knowledge.

Lead construction teams building the foundations and structures for mission-critical data centers, managing sites with 50+ workers across multiple shifts.

  • Resolve field issues
  • Maintain project documentation

What you'll bring

  • 12+ years of construction supervision experience
  • Experience with commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Knowledge of civil and structural work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple trades

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma with equivalent experience, or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Experience with fast-track construction
  • Strong safety record
