About this role

Join our team as a CAD/Civil Drafter supporting data center site development projects.

You will create detailed civil drawings, site plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency with drafting standards, working on complex site layouts with extensive utility coordination.

Be part of a team creating the infrastructure of the future, producing construction documents for some of the largest data center campuses in development today.

What you'll do

  • Create civil site plans and grading drawings
  • Develop utility plans and details
  • Maintain CAD standards and templates
  • Coordinate with engineers on revisions
  • Produce construction documents
  • Support quality control processes

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of CAD drafting experience
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience with civil site plans and grading
  • Knowledge of drawing standards and conventions
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Understanding of utility design

Preferred qualifications

  • Associate degree or certification in Drafting/CAD
  • Experience with industrial or commercial projects
  • Knowledge of civil engineering principles
  • Strong organizational skills

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30
