About this role

Join our team as a Test & Balance Specialist for data center HVAC systems.

You will perform air and water balancing, verify system performance, and ensure proper airflow and cooling distribution. This role requires expertise in TAB procedures and understanding of data center environmental requirements.

Ensure optimal cooling distribution in mission-critical facilities, performing precise balancing that maintains equipment within tight temperature and humidity tolerances.

What you'll do

  • Perform air and water balancing
  • Test HVAC system performance
  • Verify airflow and temperature distribution
  • Document TAB results
  • Coordinate with commissioning teams
  • Support system optimization

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of test and balance experience
  • NEBB or AABC certification
  • Experience with data center HVAC
  • Knowledge of TAB instrumentation
  • Understanding of airflow and psychrometrics
  • Strong documentation skills

Preferred qualifications

  • NEBB or AABC TAB certification required
  • Experience with mission-critical facilities
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings
