About this role

We are looking for Power & Cooling Specialists/Facility Engineers to support data center MEP installation and startup.

You will provide technical expertise on power and cooling systems, support commissioning activities, and prepare systems for operational turnover. This role bridges construction and operations, requiring deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure.

Ensure proper installation and startup of critical power and cooling systems, working at the intersection of construction and operations.

What you'll do

  • Support installation of power and cooling systems
  • Provide technical guidance to construction teams
  • Support commissioning and startup activities
  • Verify system configurations
  • Prepare systems for operational turnover
  • Develop operating procedures

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of data center facilities or MEP experience
  • Expert knowledge of UPS, generators, and cooling systems
  • Experience with system startup and commissioning
  • Understanding of redundancy configurations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of DCIM and monitoring systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • PE or professional certifications preferred
  • Experience with Tier III/IV data centers
  • Knowledge of operational requirements

Certifications typically required

PE LicenseOSHA 30
