About this role

We are looking for a Permitting Coordinator/Entitlements Specialist to manage the permitting process for data center developments.

You will navigate complex regulatory requirements, coordinate with government agencies, and ensure timely permit approvals. This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule, often managing permits for developments with values exceeding $500 million.

Join a team working on high-profile infrastructure projects, interfacing with planning departments, utilities, and regulatory agencies across multiple jurisdictions.

What you'll do

Manage permit application processes
Coordinate with regulatory agencies
Track permit status and requirements
Support entitlement and zoning applications
Prepare public hearing materials
Maintain permit documentation

What you'll bring

5+ years of permitting or entitlements experience
Experience with large-scale industrial projects
Strong relationships with permitting agencies
Knowledge of zoning and land use regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of environmental permitting

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, or related field
Experience with data center or industrial developments
Knowledge of CEQA/NEPA processes
Strong project management skills

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30
