About this role

We are seeking an Owner's Commissioning Representative to represent owner interests during commissioning.

You will oversee commissioning activities, ensure compliance with owner requirements, and verify systems meet performance criteria. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to advocate for owner objectives.

Represent owner interests during the critical commissioning phase, ensuring systems meet requirements and the facility is ready for reliable, efficient operation.

What you'll do

  • Represent owner during commissioning
  • Review commissioning plans and procedures
  • Witness functional testing
  • Verify acceptance criteria are met
  • Support integrated systems testing
  • Prepare commissioning reports

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of commissioning or facilities experience
  • Experience representing owner interests
  • Strong knowledge of data center systems
  • Understanding of operational requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of acceptance criteria

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • CxA or facilities certifications preferred
  • Experience with Tier III/IV data centers
  • Strong technical writing skills
