About this role

We are seeking MEP Field Coordinators/Supervisors to oversee MEP installation at data center construction sites.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, manage daily installation activities, and ensure quality workmanship. This role requires hands-on experience with MEP construction and strong leadership skills.

Lead MEP installation teams building mission-critical infrastructure, coordinating hundreds of skilled tradespeople across multiple shifts.

What you'll do

  • Supervise MEP installation activities
  • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trades
  • Ensure quality and code compliance
  • Manage field crews and schedules
  • Resolve coordination conflicts
  • Support testing and commissioning

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of MEP field supervision experience
  • Experience with data center or mission-critical construction
  • Strong knowledge of all MEP trades
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Understanding of quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings

Preferred qualifications

  • Journeyman license in electrical or mechanical trade preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Experience with BIM coordination
  • Strong problem-solving skills
