Join our team as an MEP Coordinator specializing in mission-critical facilities.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems during design and construction, ensuring seamless integration of highly complex and redundant systems. This role is critical for delivering data center projects on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate the systems that make data centers work, managing the integration of power, cooling, controls, and life safety systems in facilities with thousands of coordination points.

What you'll do

Coordinate MEP systems across disciplines
Lead coordination meetings
Manage clash detection process
Resolve design conflicts
Support construction teams
Track coordination issues and resolution

What you'll bring

7+ years of MEP coordination experience
Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities
Strong BIM coordination skills
Understanding of all MEP disciplines
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of prefabrication processes

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Experience with Navisworks and BIM 360
Knowledge of construction sequencing
Strong problem-solving skills

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30
