About this role

We are looking for a Low Voltage Systems Engineer specializing in security, fire alarm, and communications systems.

You will design and integrate security access control, video surveillance, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems for data centers. This role requires expertise in electronic security systems and integration with facility management platforms.

Design the low voltage systems that protect people and assets in mission-critical facilities, integrating multiple systems into cohesive security and safety platforms.

Design security and fire alarm systems
Develop system integration strategies
Configure access control and surveillance
Coordinate with BMS and DCIM platforms
Commission and test systems
Develop system documentation

What you'll bring

6+ years of low voltage systems engineering
Experience with access control and video surveillance
Knowledge of fire alarm systems
Understanding of structured cabling
Experience with system integration
Familiarity with security standards

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
Certifications in security systems preferred
Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities
Knowledge of NFPA 72 and related codes

Certifications typically required

NICET IIOSHA 30
