About this role

We are looking for a Land Survey Liaison/Survey Coordinator to support site selection and land development for data center projects.

You will coordinate survey activities, manage survey contractors, and ensure accurate site data for engineering teams. This role is critical to the early phases of data center development, establishing the foundation for all subsequent design and construction work.

Join a team working on the infrastructure that powers the digital economy, with projects spanning multiple states and involving sites from 50 to 500+ acres.

What you'll do

Coordinate land survey activities
Manage relationships with survey contractors
Review and quality-check survey deliverables
Support site selection due diligence
Maintain survey data and documentation
Coordinate with engineering and permitting teams

What you'll bring

5+ years of survey coordination or land development experience
Experience managing survey contractors
Knowledge of survey methods and deliverables
Understanding of site development requirements
Proficiency with CAD and GIS software
Strong organizational skills

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Licensed surveyor credentials a plus
Experience with industrial or data center sites
Strong communication and coordination skills

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30
