About this role

We are looking for an HSE/EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for data center construction.

You will develop and implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance across large, complex construction sites. This role is critical to maintaining zero-harm workplaces on projects with hundreds of workers from multiple trades.

Lead safety initiatives that protect workers while delivering mission-critical infrastructure, creating a culture of safety excellence on fast-paced construction sites.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement safety programs
  • Conduct safety inspections and audits
  • Lead incident investigations
  • Provide safety training to workers and supervisors
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage safety documentation and reporting

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of health and safety management experience
  • Experience with large construction projects
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Experience with data center or industrial construction
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Incident investigation expertise

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • CSP or CHST certification required
  • OSHA 500 trainer certification preferred
  • Experience with safety management systems

Certifications typically required

CSPOSHA 30First Aid/CPR
