About this role

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer/Project Manager to lead geotechnical investigations for data center projects.

You will assess subsurface conditions, provide foundation recommendations, and manage geotechnical field programs. This role is essential for ensuring safe and cost-effective foundation designs that support heavily loaded equipment and structures.

Contribute to projects that require the highest standards of engineering excellence, working on sites with diverse soil conditions and complex foundation challenges.

What you'll do

  • Lead geotechnical investigations and analyses
  • Develop foundation recommendations
  • Manage geotechnical consultants and drilling contractors
  • Review and approve geotechnical reports
  • Support structural engineering teams
  • Provide construction support for foundations

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Experience managing field investigation programs
  • Strong foundation design knowledge
  • Familiarity with seismic and environmental considerations
  • Experience with large industrial projects
  • Knowledge of deep foundation systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering
  • PE license required
  • Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities
  • Knowledge of geotechnical software and analysis tools

Certifications typically required
