About this role

We are looking for Data Center Technicians/Hardware Technicians to support hardware deployment and operations.

You will rack and stack servers, manage cabling, and perform hardware maintenance in mission-critical environments. This role is essential for keeping data centers running smoothly during the critical deployment and go-live phases.

Manage structured cabling
Perform hardware maintenance
Monitor equipment and environment
Support operations teams
Maintain documentation

What you'll bring

3+ years of data center technician experience
Experience with server hardware and cabling
Knowledge of rack layouts and power
Understanding of cooling and airflow
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability for lifting and installation

Preferred qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience
CompTIA A+ or equivalent
Experience with structured cabling
Physical ability for lifting and installation

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30NFPA 70E
