About this role
Join our team as a Cost Controls/Project Controls Manager for data center construction projects.
You will manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, providing critical insights to project leadership. This role requires expertise in construction cost management and the ability to manage budgets exceeding $100 million.
Provide the financial oversight that keeps complex data center projects on budget, managing cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting for mission-critical construction.
What you'll do
- Manage project cost tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Forecast project costs and cash flow
- Track change orders and contingency
- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders
- Support project team with cost analysis
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of cost controls or project controls experience
- Experience with large construction projects
- Expert knowledge of cost management systems
- Proficiency with Prolog, Oracle, or similar software
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Experience with earned value management
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance
- PMI-SP or CCM certification preferred
- Experience with data center or mission-critical projects
- Advanced Excel and database skills
