Join our team as a Civil Engineer specializing in site and land development for data center projects.
You will be responsible for site grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design. This role requires expertise in civil engineering with a focus on large-scale industrial developments, handling sites that often exceed 100 acres with complex utility requirements.
Work on projects that build the foundation for tomorrow's digital infrastructure, designing resilient site infrastructure that supports hundreds of megawatts of IT load.
What you'll do
- Design site grading and drainage systems
- Develop utility infrastructure layouts
- Coordinate with architects and MEP engineers
- Prepare permit applications and submittals
- Manage site engineering deliverables
- Support construction administration
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience
- Experience with large-scale industrial site development
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of stormwater management and grading
- Understanding of utility infrastructure
- Experience with high-load electrical infrastructure sites
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license required
- Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations
