About this role

Join our team as a Capacity Planning & DCIM Analyst managing data center capacity and infrastructure.

You will monitor capacity utilization, forecast future needs, and manage DCIM systems that track power, cooling, and space. This role combines technical analysis with business planning to optimize data center resources.

Manage the capacity that enables business growth, analyzing power, cooling, and space utilization to plan future data center expansions and optimize existing resources.

  • Monitor capacity utilization

  • Develop capacity reports
  • Support capacity planning decisions

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of capacity planning or DCIM experience
  • Experience with data center infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of DCIM platforms
  • Understanding of power and cooling metrics
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Experience with Nlyte, Sunbird, or similar DCIM
  • Strong Excel and database skills
  • Knowledge of data center operations

Certifications typically required

OSHA 30
